Practice dealing before you’re on the box.
Casino dealer training apps and a floor readiness roster for rooms, schools, and casino party companies.
Riffle & Box drills payouts, pots, pay tables and procedures on a phone, set to your room’s rules, so table time goes to pitch, chips, dice and game protection, and you can see who’s ready.

Pick your game
Three apps. Start with any of them, free.
Poker
Hold’em to the full mixed-game rotation.
- Pot math, rake and drop, side pots, cutting change
- Omaha, Stud, Razz and the Dealer’s Choice rotation
- Mock auditions and the Final Gauntlet
Table games
The pit, one game at a time.
- Blackjack totals, payouts, pay order and dealer play
- Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, pai gow poker, Pai Gow Tiles, baccarat, roulette
- A 50-hand blackjack gauntlet, timed
Craps
The whole layout, from the base to the stick.
- Every bet on the layout: where it goes and what it pays
- Presses, come bets, and take, pay, move, pay on the base
- Stick calls, twelve lessons on a simulated table, a 50-prompt gauntlet
No account needed to practice. The apps install to your home screen and work offline.
How it works
Drill it, pass it, prove it.
- 1
Drill a section
Short, timed reps on one skill: blackjack payouts, a side pot, the third-card rule. You see where you’re slow and where you’re wrong.
- 2
Take its graded exercise
Each section has a graded set. It opens after a practice set. Miss the mark and you go back to the drill. Every section is open from the start.
- 3
Run the gauntlet
Fifty hands, timed. On blackjack you pass with 49 right. Rooms can proctor it: an instructor opens the session and the room sees the pass.
Inside the apps
The table in front of you, not a quiz.

On your phone
Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app. Tablet and computer work too.
Offline
Once it’s opened, it works without a signal. The break room Wi-Fi doesn’t matter.
Your practice stays yours
No account to practice. If you join your room, only graded exercises and gauntlets go to it.
Built by a dealer
Riffle & Box is built by a dealer who used to write software for a living. Every drill in it is something I’ve had to do on a live table.
About Riffle & BoxWhat an app can’t do
It can’t teach you to pitch, or how to handle a steaming player. Here’s what it does and doesn’t do, before you pay for anything.
- Pitch and chip handling
- Composure with the floor and the cameras on you
- Getting hired. The room decides that.
Free to start.
Paid tracks from $59 at the founding price, one-time. 5-day refund if it isn’t for you.
